I've been coming to Dominic's for years and I love this place. The ambiance is great. The service is amazing. The food is great but there are better italian places in the area for chicken/veal dishes. However, they are still very satisfying. The main reason why I love this place is the pizza. This is in my opinion the best pizza in sofl (this coming from a NY'er who loves pizza) the specialty pizzas are outstanding, especially the white pizza. For take out or eating in, I highly recommend getting a specialty pizza. I give this place four stars due to the outstanding pizza. This is the best pizza spot in the boca raton area!

We were looking for a nice pizza place, but this wasn't it. Probably won't be back. The tables were to close together. They made customers stand up to seat other guests. They were bussing our table when we still had food on the plates. And I was so disappointed that my pizza pie was BURNT! !!!! Horrible. We told our waiter and he said that's how we make it. Worst pizza ever.

Good Italian restaurant, but it should be great for the price you are paying. Dominic's is a fine establishment in Boca Raton. Their chicken dishes are pretty good, and the portion size is fair. They have the standard Italian fare (Parmesan, Marsala, Piccata, etc) and a decent amount of pastas. The pizza here is actually their stand out item; lots of good options and they all taste very good, especially their Brooklyn's Own Pizza, which is basically a tomato pie. I personally am a big fan of their house salad dressing which is made in house and is excellent (sort of a sweet vinaigrette dressing). The prices here are high compared to the quality. That's not to knock the quality, because it is good, but for what you are paying the quality should be great. It's Boca prices, so nothing out of this world, but I'd be much happier with Dominic's if it was a few dollars cheaper. Everything about Dominic's is on par with an Italian restaurant, but nothing special or unique enough about it to make me rush here. Food (B-), Pricing (D+), Atmosphere (B-), Service (B-)

We have been coming here for years, but I think they have seen the last of us. We place an order to go. When we got home, we live less than 5 min away, the pizza was cold and tasted as if it was sitting around for hours. The spaghetti and meatballs was cold as well. The chicken. Penne and broccoli we ordered was also cold and had no chicken in it! This is the kind of service I could overlook at a fast food drive through, but not at a restaurant that charges priced like this! Also, the help is rude.

Maybe it was bad luck, or just how they do things here. Our pizza was terribly burnt. When asking the waiter, he explained this is how they cook it and it was correct. So, if you like black burnt pizza, I guess this is the place for you. If you want good pizza, there are too many other options in Boca to go to this place.

Been eating here since I was a kid. Love this place and never had a bad meal. I work right next door and I eat there 1-3 times a week. My favorite right now is the shrimp parm sub. The chicken Marsala is superb. When you go in you can tell this place is just a well run restaurant that pumps out great food, at a fair price, with consistent results. The managers Chris and Jason are awesome and always take care of me and all their other regulars and always take care of new customers to make sure they become regulars. If you go in for lunch make sure you get the free pasta salad they give you when you sit down. I sometimes will order a large container of the pasta salad it's that good. Highly highly recommend Dominic's II. Everything about it is top notch. I almost forgot... The pizza is amazing!!!!!! Try the Grandma pie.

Food is delicious! Great to dine in or delivery/takeout. They have a large selection of dishes and great daily specials too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the servers aren't always good :/

Service is ok. There's abt 8 employees standing around chatting in the front corridor which is awkward. Y not hang and chat where customers aren't eating and trying to walk thru. Salad was brown and soggy. Had to ask for garlic rolls which came with my meal. Calzone came steaming with frozen ricotta cheese inside. But was delicious once came back Cooked. Penne aka vodka bland. Added lots of pepper and red pepper flakes. First soda was good. The refill was watered down with no ice. Been here before. Pizza fabulous. But that's about it in my opinion.

Prices out of control.. Ive been going to Dominics on either location in Boca for 20 yrs. Not every week, but I could always count on them for consistency. went to dinner with my son and my father. food is very good as always. BUT, I ordered 2 appetizers, the bruchetta and the eggplant stacker. The Bruchetta as she warned me wasnt the usual, but still ok. The eggplant stacker was NO STACK AT ALL. 2 slices of eggplant with a slice of mozzarella in between. arugla salad that took up most of the dish. The price was $10.50. I couldnt believe it. I can buy 4 whole eggplants for that. TWO slices!!. Yes it was tasty. BUT not worth the time or money. I was deeply disappointed that they actually served me this. One the the last restaurant meals I might have with my father. Not sure if I will go back honestly. I cant THROW away $$. Marios provides the same stack for the same $$. BUT, at least 3-4 more layers.. Hate to say it since Ive always been a big supporter of Dominics. Especially the pizza and eggplant parm. Although I make a tray of eggplant parm for a fraction. Not even. Of 2 slices. very upsetting. FYI!! THE SLICES WERE VERY SMALL. NOT WHAT SEEMS TO BE IN PICTURE. @ very small slices of eggplant and the rest of the dish was arugula.

Went with the family and we all enjoyed the meal. Large portions with excellent flavor were accompanied by pasta and salad or soup. The garlic rolls were sinfully good. The shrimp were large and fresh tasting. Service was a bit slow but friendly. Unfortunately the rolls didn't arrive until after the salads were finished and the entrees took awhile to arrive. But they were quite busy. You can't make a reservation so we had to wait for a table.

Outstanding pizza with good options to choose from. The salads are a little pricey. Rolls with dinner were fantastic. Subs are quite good as well. Always busy when we go.

I like the pizza and the food is good...my husband and daughter however are not fans...I will say the pizza is greasier than it used to be...so I do have to pat with a paper towel before eating...but it still tastes the same...

Nothing here to get too excited about: a pretty standard New York style pizzeria in the front, Italian restaurant in the back. The menu is encyclopedic, bordering on redundant, but there is plenty to pick from. An antipasto salad comes stacked with meats and cheese, and is a good value at $11.95. However, a salad with arugula and grilled chicken and a pile of mozzarella clocked in at $15--an unjustifiably high tab for a pretty run-of-the-mill salad. I'll give props to Dominic for serving up tasty garlicky rolls with or order which they kept coming throughout the meal. I was in Florida and hoping for a slice of pizza to remind me of my New York childhood; Dominic's missed that memory with a passable but not outstanding replica of something from the Five Boroughs. All in all, it's a fine but not outstanding place to get your pizza and pasta fix, but at these prices, I wouldn't imagine making this a regular haunt for your Italian favourites.

We have been eating here for 10 years. This local West Boca restaurant is always busy with a friendly atmosphere. The pizza is one of the best i've had since i moved to Boca 10 years ago. Did i mention i'm Italian. The garlic rolls that come with your dinner are delicious, and their house dressing which you can get for your salad has just the right amount of spices and cheese. If you don't like salad you can get soup instead. A pasta fagioli or a minestrone soup are warm and comforting. We always order the fried calamari with marinara sauce. My favorite dish is Seafood Pescatore- calamari, scungilli, shrimp, clams, mussels,i prefer mine with some crushed red pepper and marinara sauce over linguine or you can have it in a white wine sauce. My other favorite dish is Capellini Caprese-chicken tenders, spinach, garlic, olive oil, romano cheese,in a light wine and marinara sauce. This is a light and scrumptious dish. My husband's favorite dish is-Shrimp Monachina-Shrimp breaded lightly in a mushroom marinara sauce and smothered with mozzarella. Know matter what your craving, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, or salads i'm sure your find something wonderful at Dominic's Two!

This was our first time at this restaurant and we really enjoyed it. It was little loud and a lot busy but the food was good, the wine was affordable and the service was excellent. This just might become our go to neighborhood Italian joint in West Boca.

I've tried this a few times now and it actually got better with each visit. Chicken parmegian was crispy and sauce was very good...not too sweet, which I find to be the case at many places. Minestrone soup was very good. It's extremely casual which is good if you don't feel like dressing up. Prices are average. Glad to have a casual place like this nearby.

The place looked nice but when I ordered whole wheat spaghetti I was told there was a $4 upcharge for it. Seriously? In a restaurant where the average age is about 60, you slap people with a $4 charge for simply getting whole wheat, which many seniors eat for health reasons? Nonetheless, I got the spaghetti and I must say it was extremely dry. For a $4 upcharge for simply getting whole wheat you might expect this would be organic or at the least good, but it was neither one. The pizza is good here but not as good as Nino's or Boca's Best Pizza. It is frankly too greasy, as the grease drips right off the pizza. Not to mention the pizza is more expensive than the other two places mentioned.

Good restaurant & pizzeria. It's nice and large for a pleasant dine in eating experience. Although the food was good, a major drawback I felt was that they put too much garlic in their sauce. Also, I felt the cooked broccoli wasn't sauteed as well as it could have been. Still, a pleasant place to take the family on occasion.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
